(Gilda’s) Oh My Stars! IPA
A shining example of a West Coast IPA, created by George Cataulin in memory of his sister, Gilda. A devoted star-gazer, Gilda lived in the “dark skies” park of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. This stellar brew derives its character from the abundant use of Simcoe hops, and its name from Gilda’s favorite exclamatory phrase.
